In some respects, we are always negotiating. We may have to negotiate with our manager regarding our terms and conditions or negotiate our schedules with family and friends. Maybe we are negotiating a business deal that spans 3 continents and is worth millions. No matter what the reason for negotiating, the desire is to arrive at results that both sides are satisfied without damaging relationships.
Key’s workshop in Negotiation Skills shows participants how to effectively plan a negotiation to achieve the best possible results. We also look at how to confidently conduct a negotiation so that the quality and creativity of these results is improved.
Based on the concept of ‘Principled Negotiation’ from Harvard Business School, this training equips participants with the tools and techniques to help them become a self-confident, successful and efficient negotiator.
The workshop can be adjusted in line with customer’s needs and goals. The training is a blend of trainer inputs, activity and feedback and is hands-on, practical and reality-focused.
