We are frequently faced with work situations in which we have to communicate value. Maybe, we need to design a value proposition for a product, service or solution we are developing. Maybe we have to persuade a potential customer to choose us as a supplier. Or we need to encourage our management team to invest in an idea. Whatever the reason, communicating value so that it is clearly understood by the receiver is a major challenge.
Key's workshop in Communicating Value enables participants to clearly identify the value of their ideas, solutions and products. Using an established methodology, participants create strong value messages that allow them to have a lasting impact on the receiver every time.
The workshop can be adjusted in line with customer’s needs and goals. The training is a blend of trainer inputs, activity and feedback and is hands-on, practical and reality-focused.
