Workshops Workshops can be 1, 2 or 3 days long. On our workshops, we strive for a low number of participants per trainer so that we can maximize individual focus and feedback. To ensure participant development and motivation, we balance practical hands-on learning with theoretical input.
Every effort is made to design the content to our customers’ needs and to use examples, stories and cases that reflect each customer’s industry.

Seminars Seminars are usually 1-3 hours and can be for any size group. Content focuses on a specific subject of interest and relevance for the participants. Seminars can be ‘off the shelf’ or adapted to the needs and goals of the customer.

Coaching On a one-to-one or small group basis, we offer coaching in communication. Coaching provides individual focus and feedback and leads to quickly improved communication skills. Some examples of coaching are:

Coaching individuals prior to, and during, an interaction with another culture

At a large telecom company, we provide Presentations Skills training and coaching for over 500 people yearly. A variety of group training and individual coaching, we clearly show improved results on an individual and organisational level.
We delivered workshops in Value Communication for this global engineering organisation. Training was delivered in Germany and throughout the world, equipping the 500 + participants with the ability to design value messages for their products and services.
A program in Advanced Negotiation Skills was delivered for strategic purchasers in a global Pharmaceutical company. The training provided participants with the mindset and skillset to achieve long-lasting, quality agreements. This was part of a global effort to harmonize negotiating strategies and behaviors world-wide.
